These terms cover the free Black Friday ads from Ballpoint, a trading name of Hour Five Ltd.

What you get

40 ads for your brand, free. There's no charge, and we won't ask for payment details.

Who can ask

You must work for the brand and use your company email. We give one set of ads to each brand. If someone at your company already has the set, we can't make another.

Using the ads

Ballpoint owns the rights in the ads. We give your brand, and only your brand, free permission to use them. You can't pass them on or let anyone else use them. They're made from the public pages of your store, so check each one before you run it. You're responsible for making sure it's accurate and follows the rules of the platform where you run it, and for any offers or prices shown.

We don't promise any sales, results or return from the ads.

Emails

We'll email you a sign-in link. We'll send the Thursday email only if you said yes. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Changes and limits

This offer is open for 7 days. We may withdraw it at any time. English law applies.
